What is testosterone replacement therapy?

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a treatment that restores the body’s physiological hormone levels when its own production is insufficient — most commonly in men experiencing the effects of low testosterone.

TRT is only appropriate for those with clinically confirmed hypogonadism: symptoms alongside low testosterone confirmed by laboratory blood tests, measured on at least two occasions. Every plan is individual, and your therapy is monitored throughout.

Could it help?

Signs of low testosterone

If several of these sound familiar and persist, it may be worth a conversation and a blood test to understand what's going on.

Persistent fatigue and low energy
Reduced libido or sexual function
Loss of muscle mass and strength
Increased body fat, especially around the middle
Low mood, irritability or brain fog
Poor sleep and reduced motivation
The benefits

What TRT can support

When it's clinically appropriate and properly monitored, many men experience meaningful improvements across these areas.

Improved libido

Support for sexual function and overall vitality.

Muscle & strength

Help rebuild lean muscle mass and physical strength.

Mood & focus

Many men report a clearer head and a steadier, brighter mood.

Better sleep

Improved sleep quality and day-to-day energy levels.

The duration and cost of therapy are individual, and are determined during your specialist consultation. TRT is a prescription-only medical treatment and is provided only where clinically indicated.
